PanamaSea eSIM Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of eSIM plans made available through PanamaSea Studios LLC. By purchasing or using an eSIM through PanamaSea, you agree to these Terms.

Service definition

PanamaSea operates as a storefront and reseller of eSIM plans. We facilitate the purchase of plans, provide access through an Order ID, and present installation details after purchase.

PanamaSea does not provide mobile network connectivity directly. Connectivity is delivered through network partners and upstream provider infrastructure associated with the plan you purchase.

No account system

PanamaSea does not require account creation, login, or user profiles to purchase and access eSIM plans.

Access to your purchase is tied to your Order ID. Because there is no account recovery system, you are responsible for saving your Order ID and any receipt or backup materials provided after purchase.

Device compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM and that your device is compatible with the plan you intend to use.

PanamaSea is not responsible for failed use caused by unsupported, incompatible, locked, or improperly configured devices.

Plan details and availability

Plan availability, supported countries, supported networks, pricing, and technical behavior may vary depending on provider and destination.

PanamaSea does not guarantee that every plan will be available in every country, on every device, or at every time.

Verification and restricted plans

Some countries, providers, or plans may require additional verification or may be subject to restrictions before use.

Where a plan is not compatible with PanamaSea’s no account purchase flow, PanamaSea may restrict, block, or decline to offer that plan.

Fulfillment and delivery

Delivery of eSIM details may be instant or delayed depending on payment confirmation, provider response, availability, or operational review.

PanamaSea does not guarantee immediate fulfillment in every case. Delays may occur when provider systems, payment systems, or external infrastructure require additional time.

Activation and usage

Activation timing, validity period, coverage, speed, and service quality depend on the specific plan and the provider infrastructure supporting it.

PanamaSea is not responsible for interruptions, degraded performance, or service limitations caused by network conditions, provider systems, device issues, regional restrictions, or user configuration errors.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the PanamaSea Refund Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on activation status, provider rules, and order circumstances.

You may be asked to provide your Order ID when requesting support or refund review.

Misuse and abuse

PanamaSea may restrict, suspend, cancel, or refuse transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, misuse of the service, payment issues, or attempts to interfere with platform operation.

Use of the service for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, or conduct that violates applicable provider or network rules is prohibited.

External dependencies

The service depends in part on payment providers, network partners, upstream providers, hosting infrastructure, and related external systems.

PanamaSea is not responsible for failures, delays, interruptions, or limitations caused by those external systems.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. PanamaSea does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility, or error free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanamaSea Studios LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of connectivity, loss of data, travel disruption, or related losses arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
