PanamaSea eSIM FAQ

Simple answers to common questions before and after purchase.

Do you need an account to use an eSIM?

Most eSIM providers require you to create an account before using their service.

PanamaSea eSIM does not require an account. Access is tied to your Order ID instead of an email, login, or profile.

What is the easiest way to get mobile data when traveling?

One of the easiest ways to get mobile data when traveling is to use an eSIM that does not require account setup.

With PanamaSea eSIM, you choose a plan, complete your purchase, and receive the details needed to install it when they are ready. There is no account to create or manage.

Can you use an eSIM without giving personal information?

Some eSIM services require personal information through account creation and profile setup.

PanamaSea eSIM is designed to minimize this. Access is tied to your Order ID, and there is no account required to use your eSIM.

How do I install my eSIM after purchase?

After purchase, you can view your order using your Order ID. When your eSIM details are ready, you will receive both a QR code and manual install details so you can set it up in your phone settings.

Do I need one phone or two?

One phone is enough. If you are buying and installing on the same phone, you can use the manual install details.

A second screen is only helpful if you want to scan the QR code or if you are using another device while traveling.

What do I need to do in Settings?

Open your phone settings, go to Cellular or Mobile Data, and choose Add eSIM. From there, either scan the QR code or enter the manual details we provide.

On some devices, you may need to choose Scan QR Code first before the option to enter details manually appears.

Can I still access my order later?

Yes. You can return to the access page and use your Order ID to view your order details again, even after your plan has been used.

What happens if my plan runs out?

You will still be able to access your order details. Later phases will support top up and renewal options where available.

What if I lose my Order ID?

Your receipt page lets you copy your Order ID and download both a PDF receipt and a backup file.

Save one of those after purchase so you can view your order later. Because there is no account system, your Order ID is your access key.

Do some countries require verification for eSIM use?

Some countries or mobile network partners may require additional verification before a plan can be used.

If a plan has extra requirements, we will make that clear before purchase whenever possible.

Who provides the mobile network service?

PanamaSea handles the ordering and access experience.

Mobile connectivity is delivered through network partners and provider infrastructure associated with the plan you purchase.

Does PanamaSea track or profile users?

PanamaSea does not track or profile users within our platform.

Payment providers and network partners may process the data needed to complete transactions and provide connectivity.
