PanamaSea eSIM is designed to help you purchase mobile data access without requiring accounts or building user profiles. This policy explains what data is involved in providing the service and how it is handled.

How the service works

PanamaSea operates as a storefront and reseller of eSIM plans. We do not provide mobile network connectivity directly.

Access to your purchase is tied to your Order ID rather than an account, login, or profile.

Data we collect

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the service. This is designed to minimize what we store within our platform.

• Order ID
• Selected plan and destination
• Transaction and payment status
• Fulfillment data such as QR code and installation details when available
• Support messages if you choose to contact us

If you contact us, you may optionally provide an email address for replies.

Data we do not collect

PanamaSea does not track or profile users within our platform.

• No account creation
• No login system
• No user profiles
• No IP address logging on platform pages
• No device fingerprinting
• No behavioral tracking across sessions
• No analytics tied to identity

Access to your order

Your Order ID is the only access credential for your purchase. Because there is no account system, you are responsible for saving your Order ID after purchase.

Support and contact data

Support data is only collected when you submit it. We do not maintain long term support histories or user profiles.

Order ID may be requested to locate your order when needed.

Data retention

Data is retained only for operational purposes and is automatically deleted.

• Default retention: 30 days
• Extended to 60 days only if support follow-up is required

Deletion is enforced by our backend systems and is not dependent on third party providers.

Third party services

Payments are processed by third party providers. These providers may process transaction data under their own policies.

Mobile connectivity is delivered through network partners and provider infrastructure. These systems may process data required to provide service, such as network usage or routing information.

PanamaSea does not control or retain network level data from providers.

Security

All data processed by PanamaSea Studios is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard cryptographic protections. Data tier classification determines what data is allowed to exist, not whether it is protected.

The system is designed to minimize stored data and reduce exposure in the event of a failure or breach.

Data minimization by design

PanamaSea is built on the principle that if data is not required for operation, it should not be collected or stored.
